You can customize the content associated with each folder using "tables". A table consists of such fields as "AMOUNT, APPROVED, REJECTED, RESUBMIT, etc. that may be used as needed to summarize content or action related to a document.

A single click can generate a Table of Contents that includes all your project documents with a hot link for each. The link to the TOC is a one line email that you can access from anywhere. There is not even a need to log in to the system to reach for any document!

You can import up to 20 documents at a time to any folder. This makes the job of migration from an existing system to Bldg123 simple and painless!

Another unique feature allows users to mark certain folders private, to allow restricted access to only select team members.

Bldg123 allows you to group related documents together, regardless of where they are stored in the project folder structure. Having this ability reduces time in reviews and helps teams have better coordination across disciplines.
